I’ve spent the past oh, probably fifteen New Years’ making resolutions that I’d never be able to keep, expecting myself to eat healthy foods every day, do yoga every day, read a book each week, stay connected with all of my friends, learn something new every day, become fluent in Spanish, run a marathon, etc. etc.  In 2010, I started a much more manageable self-improvement plan and thought I’d share my idea!
